Over the course of several weeks, SDI firstly assisted with choosing the new device for around 130 representatives.
The specifications required that these new devices be rolled out during an annual seminar held in Paris and be deployed within a very short time period (2 days).
Having chosen HP hybrid tablets, we cloned all of the new machines according to a protocol established with the customer.
The tablets were then transported by courier to the seminar location.
A few weeks later, our technicians travelled to Paris to prepare the workroom. Once the old laptops had been collected, the data was migrated in a record time thanks to the preparation work done ahead of time.
Next, we welcomed the representatives in groups to be trained in how to use the new tool.
